Drawing inspiration from the architect’s building design which references a cubist sensibility and incorporates strong linear features in the facade, this presentation gallery is a dramatic exercise in contrasts that stands apart from the surrounding bright ‘bohemian style’ retail landscape that characterizes the section of Queen Street West where it is located. Employing minimal materials and a predominantly white, neutral palette with accents of black and walnut, as well as a ceiling suspended model table, the impact is bold and memorable.
