How We Collaborate
Initial Consultation
- Determine client needs and wish list
- Establish functional and aesthetic direction

Concept Design
- Prepare preliminary plans, elevations, sketches, colour palette
- Establish look & feel for key features
- Provide furniture, fixture and equipment direction
- Material and finish selections
Design Development
- Prepare electrical, lighting and millwork design concepts
- Refine concept as per client comments
- Refine overall creative vision
- Prepare electrical, lighting and millwork design concepts
- Coordinate development of VR renderings if applicable
Construction Documentation
- Final drawings, specifications and schedules
- Develop interior details with other team consultants
- Assist in preparation of tender documents
Project Administration
- Assist in selection of contractors
- Attend site meetings
- Liaise with contractors to maintain design intent
- Site inspections as required during construction phase
Furniture and Furnishings
- Select and present furniture & furnishings
- Prepare an itemized budget
- Procurement
- Liaise with retailers & fabricators
- Manage local & international shipping and coordination
- Supervise final installation
- Resolve deficiencies & close out
