Located in Halifax’s historical warehouse district, the presentation gallery for this landmark project was conceived as an expression of a luxury lifestyle. A departure from a traditional sales environment, the art gallery like space was designed with an up-market clientele in mind; oversized harbour graphics become art installations in and of themselves as does the sunken living room vignette and retail display cases which contain floor plans tastefully paired with objets d’art. Similar to the final building, sculptural forms and polished, urbane finishes are juxtaposed against raw, textural elements to create a contemporary yet relaxed environment.
