Located in Etobicoke, considered Toronto's oldest and most well established 'suburb', this presentation gallery was conceived to attract a wide demographic. The bi-level space is apportioned into different zones, capturing the multi-phased nature of the condominium development. As visitors step in, they are greeted by an artisanal ambiance, marked by a unique rustic wood ‘alphabet’ sculpture and chalkboard-style graphics. Clever design is at the forefront throughout with elongated benches transitioning gracefully into work surfaces, while the design of three kitchen vignettes are also on display, each with their own individual appeal. The result is a harmonious blend of rustic charm and sleek modernity, resonating with a diverse purchaser profile and promising an ‘urban style on the west side’.
