This funky presentation centre, located on Queen Street West near Richmond Street in downtown Toronto, is inspired by nearby famed ‘graffiti alley’. Black-and-white animated walls, created by Montreal-based art collective, 'En Masse’, offers a glimpse of what’s to come in the 15 storey boutique condo. Graffiti art will feature prominently in the residence with eye-catching installations planned for the lobby, social, fitness and terrace areas. High-end finishes and materials envisioned for the final building amenities are also showcased: natural stone, custom statement lighting, and black fashion-forward accents combine for an edgy, contemporary, high-contrast look. Overall, a hip vibe is at play, aimed at the urban professional who opts for walking or cycling to work and fully embraces the downtown west energy.
