Created to promote a building being heralded as an ‘architectural work of art’ the design for the sales centre took a cue from the final building’s massing and edgy silhouette. Bold, expressive red steel-frame ribbons (reminiscent of a brush stroke) flow thru and around two Euro-styled vignettes, closing offices and marketing displays geared to attract a mixed demographic of investor, first time and move-up purchasers. The fluid rhythm of the ribbons creates a dramatic foil against strong linear and horizontal elements, at once both unexpected and intriguing.
