The space is designed to feel like stepping into one’s new home. Upon arrival, visitors encounter a living vignette, complete with modern seating, fireplace wrapped in white slim profile tile and a full-length floating hearth conveying warmth and approachability. Furnishings were intentionally modern and clean, designed to feel inviting rather than staged. The marketing and sales components are consolidated centrally, freeing the perimeter to showcase the lifestyle vignettes. A fully realized kitchen in a soft pale wood highlights the developers offering, grounding the experience in authenticity. The bathroom vignette continues the same design philosophy: walls clad in light marble-like tile, a walk-in shower with an elongated niche, a double vanity, and a freestanding tub, all curated to mirror how one would live day to day.
