Built in the 1930’s as a gentleman’s residence, this city home has classically inspired Art Deco features. In a contemporary aesthetic that compliments the original period, the 2nd floor was redesigned to create a Master Suite and make room for a main floor kitchen. The result is an exercise in contrasts and compliments. The softness of the curved line – the precision of the straight; all linked by a neutral palette and preference for natural materials.
